Southern Wings offers a short seminar aimed at year 12 and 13 students who are considering aviation as a career. This seminar is an introduction into the aviation industry and the skills required to pursue a career as a professional pilot.
The Introduction To Professional Pilot Training Seminar covers:
- An introduction to Southern Wings’ flight training operation
- The various options available when pursuing a career as a professional pilot
- Entry requirements to the Diploma in Aviation
- The interview
- Question and answers
- Look over a training aircraft
- At the completion of the programme, the opportunity to book an introductory flying lesson at a discounted price

Cost: The seminar is free of charge. It is only open to Year 12 and Year 13 students. If you are younger then please do not apply. Introductory flights at the completion of the programme can be booked for a special introductory price of $190
